What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:
    • Craft and implement integrated marketing plans across channels and market segments.
    • Lead data-driven strategies using customer insights, consumer trends, and analytics.
    • Present and refine campaigns with clear ROI tracking and performance analysis.
 
Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration:
    • Work with internal creatives and external partners to deliver outstanding advertising and communication assets.
    • Manage social media platforms and digital content across all touchpoints.
    • Coordinate events from concept to on-the-ground execution.
    • Oversee CRM, lead nurturing, and email strategies in partnership with digital teams.
Brand Building & Engagement:
    • Align messaging across channels and customer lifecycles.
    • Drive awareness, loyalty, and conversion with consistent, compelling storytelling.
    • Be a brand ambassador at events, press engagements, and internal forums.
 
What You’ll Bring
    • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a brand-led or product-driven environment.
    • Proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong project management and multitasking skills—you thrive under pressure.
    • Expertise in social media marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
    • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous). 
    • Existing press/media contacts or experience with AutoSLM, Keyloop (CDK), Autotrader, or cars.co.za is a bonus.
