What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership:
- Craft and implement integrated marketing plans across channels and market segments.
- Lead data-driven strategies using customer insights, consumer trends, and analytics.
- Present and refine campaigns with clear ROI tracking and performance analysis.
Campaign Execution & Team Collaboration:
- Work with internal creatives and external partners to deliver outstanding advertising and communication assets.
- Manage social media platforms and digital content across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate events from concept to on-the-ground execution.
- Oversee CRM, lead nurturing, and email strategies in partnership with digital teams.
Brand Building & Engagement:
- Align messaging across channels and customer lifecycles.
- Drive awareness, loyalty, and conversion with consistent, compelling storytelling.
- Be a brand ambassador at events, press engagements, and internal forums.
✅ What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a brand-led or product-driven environment.
- Proven ability to create and execute successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills—you thrive under pressure.
- Expertise in social media marketing, CRM platforms, and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (advantageous).
- Existing press/media contacts or experience with AutoSLM, Keyloop (CDK), Autotrader, or cars.co.za is a bonus.
