The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, along with extensive experience in project management or traffic coordination within a vibrant creative agency or marketing environment, showcasing the ability to not only cope but thrive under pressure.
Project Coordination:
  • Be the maestro of project timelines, harmonizing the talents of account managers, designers, copywriters, and other creatives to produce symphonies, not noise.
  • Craft, maintain, and adjust project schedules with the precision of a seasoned conductor, ensuring every section of the agency plays in perfect time.
  • Navigate the flow of work with the agility of a skilled captain, steering projects through every department with a keen eye on progress and potential icebergs.

Resource Allocation:
