ENVIRONMENT:
Our client, an Information Technology consulting and services provider based in Umhlanga, is seeking a full-time, on-site Service Desk Coordinator for one of their key UK-based clients. The Service Desk Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining communication with clients to deliver efficient and effective IT support. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of IT systems and technologies, experience in a similar role or IT support environment, ITIL certification is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
