If you’re someone who thrives in fast-paced tech environments, knows how to balance people development with commercial pressure, and can confidently make resourcing decisions that drive results — this role is calling you. We’re hiring a Resource & Development Manager to steer capacity planning, skills growth, and workforce strategy across a growing digital services business.

Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with presence, practicality, and people-first thinking. You may not be highly technical (though fluency helps), but you get delivery, and you’re excellent at reading a room, staying calm under fire, and driving action.
✅ Assertive & decisive, with backbone in stakeholder conversations
✅ Emotionally intelligent – able to adapt tone and approach across audiences
✅ Structured and reliable – you live in Airtable/Excel/your diary
✅ Resilient under pressure – you don’t spiral when timelines do
✅ Technically conversant – enough to talk credibly to architects and engineers
✅ Supportive of growth – you make time for mentorship and career planning
✅ A boundary-setter – you protect teams from burnout while staying delivery-focused
Your Experience Might Include
- 5+ years in resource management, PMO, or people & delivery ops roles
- Exposure to service-based tech environments (ServiceNow a bonus)
- Hands-on experience with workforce planning and hiring
- Coaching or mentoring junior talent
- Running graduate/rotation programs
- Creating or delivering basic tech training plans
You’ll Work Closely With:
- People & Culture – aligning on career frameworks and development plans
- Vendor Managers – sourcing and renewing external talent
- Sales & Delivery Leads – forecasting and futureproofing resource needs
- Service Managers & PMs – onboarding and supporting team delivery
- Graduates & Associates – coaching and building the next generation of talent
