ENVIRONMENT:
PROVIDE Pre-sales technical product support to internal Sales staff and external business partners as the next Pre-sales Technical Support person sought by a leading manufacturer and distributor of printing, packaging and communication products. You will also design and implement hardware & software solutions, implement Quality standards and initiatives while training users and assisting with software upgrades. You must have Matric/Grade 12, at least 2 years work experience in technical repairs including proficiency with Microsoft Office, WLAN and Barcode Printing Label software.
DUTIES:
- Provide Pre-sales technical product support to internal Sales staff and external business partners.
- Design and implement hardware and software solutions.
- Design and implement device management software solutions.
- Provide Post-sales technical product support to internal Sales staff, external business partners and end-users.
- Documentation – User requirement specifications.
- Implement Quality standards and initiatives.
- Online user support.
- Train Users.
- Troubleshoot application.
- Assist user with customised software upgrades and installations.
- Achieve team goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical repairs.
- Fluency in the English language.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Work on Microsoft Office.
- Application software.
- Barcode Printing Label software.
- WLAN.
- Experience in handling customers in all situations.
- Second language would be advantageous.
