ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic company delivering creative and results-driven solutions is seeking a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to join its Digital Agency team. This role focuses primarily on Paid Ads Management, with an emphasis on Facebook/Meta (85%) and Google Ads (15%). You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, managing everything from onboarding and tracking setup to campaign execution and optimisation. To succeed, you’ll need proven experience in paid media, a passion for data analysis, and a sharp eye for maximising ROI.
DUTIES:
- Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance)
- Monthly media planning
- Troubleshooting paid ads issues
- Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Excel and a reporting tool
- Onboarding new paid ads accounts
- Send paid invoices to clients
- Ad copy editing
- Campaign budget management
- Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads

- Paid Media Account Set Up
- Target Audience Set Up
- Knowledge of tracking requirements for conversion and app ads
- Ad Copywriting/Editing
- Reporting & Analysing Data
Must have in-depth knowledge and experience using the below tools & platforms:
- Facebook/Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
- Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Twitter Ads
- TikTok Ads
- Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google)
- Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar)
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels
- Asana Project Management Tool (or similar)
Qualifications:
- Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification
- Google Ads Certifications
- Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification
