ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic company delivering creative and results-driven solutions is seeking a talented Senior Paid Media Manager to join its Digital Agency team. This role focuses primarily on Paid Ads Management, with an emphasis on Facebook/Meta (85%) and Google Ads (15%). You will take full ownership of your client portfolio, managing everything from onboarding and tracking setup to campaign execution and optimisation. To succeed, you’ll need proven experience in paid media, a passion for data analysis, and a sharp eye for maximising ROI.
 
DUTIES:
  • Daily campaign management and optimisation (including but not limited to creating, implementing and monitoring campaign performance)
  • Monthly media planning
  • Troubleshooting paid ads issues
  • Develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports via Excel and a reporting tool
  • Onboarding new paid ads accounts
  • Send paid invoices to clients
  • Ad copy editing
  • Campaign budget management
  • Ad hoc admin tasks related to paid ads

  • Knowledge of tracking requirements for conversion and app ads
  • Ad Copywriting/Editing

Must have in-depth knowledge and experience using the below tools & platforms:
  • Facebook/Meta Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
  • Google Ads (Preferably 3+ years)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Twitter Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Setting up paid ads accounts (Preferably Facebook/Meta & Google)
  • Dashthis Reporting Tool (or similar)
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Tracking set-up and implementation of the tag/pixels
  • Asana Project Management Tool (or similar)
 
Qualifications:
  • Facebook/Meta Blueprint Certification
  • Google Ads Certifications  
  • Digital Marketing or Marketing qualification
