ENVIRONMENT:
LECTURE Commerce-related modules on a permanent basis as a HR and Business Management Lecturer sought by a Private Academic Institution. You will also assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department. The successful incumbent will require a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with 1-2 years suitable lecturing work experience with necessary knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes and relevant research experience.
DUTIES:
Modules to be lectured: Business Management, Human Resource Management
- Lecturing.
- General Administration.
- Set and mark assessments.
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials.
- Quality Assurance.
- Management of At-risk students.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- Master’s in Human Resources Management.
Experience/Skills –
- 1-2 Years of relevant lecturing experience.
- Necessary knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes.
- Relevant research experience.
