ENVIRONMENT:
A cutting-edge Cloud Solutions Specialist seeks the expertise of a forward-thinking Digital Channel and Product Manager. The incumbent will support the department’s objective to expand the company’s addressable market by championing the digital activation portfolio and developing, managing, and supporting various aspects of Product Management. A relevant tertiary qualification is essential, along with over 2 years of experience in digital lead generation strategies, digital activation, and/or marketplace listing. A working knowledge of the following technologies is required: VoIP and IP Telephony technologies, including CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS solutions, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and ICT Security.
 
DUTIES:
  • Develop and grow The company’s digital lead presence through participating in the development of this business plan and then owning the implementation and achievement of success factors – including:
    • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of The company’s digital marketplace
    • Setting up CRM marketplace presence (technical integration and marketplace listing)
    • Digital enablement from within the marketplace
    • Digital enablement from the websites
    • Building The company’s brand awareness and momentum in this space
    • Identifying, attracting and nurturing relationships with integrators and CRM integrators and appointing and managing them as channel partners with the primary objective of generating revenue
    • Designing, developing and implementing channel partner programs for CRM integrators and digital activation
  • Launching new product initiatives including:
    • Pricing and margin readiness
    • Approved Terms and Conditions
    • Sales training and collateral (direct sales and resellers)
    • Strong focus in the direction of Generative AI and its role in the business
    • Product lifecycle
    • Maintaining complete and up to date master price lists inclusive of execution of margin objectives
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships internally and with suppliers and partners in order to support the effective and successful implementation and delivery of products and services
  • Performing market research
  • Support all sales objectives (direct and reseller) through:
    • Providing market and competitor insight and guidance
    • On-going product training and collateral
    • Providing input on non-standard bids
  • Ownership of allocated product portfolio
    • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of all The company’s products in particularly those in your portfolio
    • Cultivating strong relationships with all product partners to ensure The company’s enjoys excellent service levels
    • Acting as an escalation point to ensure that product related issues are resolved successfully  
    • Developing, maintaining and delivering all training collateral associated with product portfolio
    • Following Products Standard Operating Procedures
    • Keeping meticulous, up to date records in area of responsibility
 
 
REQUIREMENTS:
 
 Qualifications and Experience:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification essential
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital lead generation strategies, digital activation and/or marketplace listing
  • 2+ years of  Product Management experience essential
  • 2+ years’ experience in Channel Management beneficial
  • Previous experience in various aspects of developing and delivering Product Training essential
  • 3+ years’ experience in Telecommunication/IT/Voice industry essential
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies essential:
    • VoIP and IP Telephony technologies including CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS solutions
    • LAN / WAN
    • TCP/IP
    • ICT Security
    • Other beneficial
 
Skills and attributes:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of G Suite tools
  • Numerate with intermediate to advanced Excel / G Sheets knowledge
  • Comprehensive understanding of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Proficient in CRM market places and other digital marketplaces
  • Knowledge and passion of the telecommunications and unified communications industry both global and local
