Operating as part of this international group, the South African team plays a key role by providing professional consultation services to interested parties in the German market, supporting the delivery of innovative and life-improving mobility solutions. They are currently recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent (Consultations and Pre-Sales) with proven experience in outbound sales calling and a strong background in delivering telephonic consultations to interested individuals.
DUTIES:
- No Cold Calling – You receive inquiries from interested parties, consult them on company products over the phone and lay the foundation for the group’s success with every contact.
- Consultation – As an experienced consultant, you will determine the needs of the company’s interested parties and work with them to develop the optimal solution from their brand portfolio. You will provide advice regarding their various providers, products, installation options and price segments.
- Scheduling – Your goal is to facilitate an on-site appointment for one of the field service agents.
- Support – You take on projects and special tasks independently and thus provide important support for your manager and your team.
- Quality Control – You manage your inquiries independently and ensure that no contact is lost through targeted follow-ups.
- Professionalization – Through constant self-reflection and active participation in coaching, you can optimize your professional advice in order to work sustainably on your appointment quota.
REQUIREMENTS:
- You have previous in outbound sales calling and are familiar with providing telephonic consultations to interested parties.
- Lead processing, side-by-side coaching and B2C are not just phrases for you, but the foundations on which you build your success.
- MS Office and working with an ERP (Enterprise Resourcing System) are part of your everyday life. Ideally, you have already worked with both.
