DUTIES:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support across multiple channels
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues with care and speed
- Generate and qualify leads to help grow the customer base
- Conduct engaging inside sales calls and schedule demos for the sales team
- Provide valuable technical assistance and product guidance to new and existing customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and feedback
- Take on light admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management
- Support the customer success and development teams in their day-to-day operations
