They boast a skilled team proficient in LED lighting and solar PV technologies, providing practical and innovative solutions aligned with industry standards. Leading South African corporations trust them for their energy-saving requirements, with numerous successful projects under their belt. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Gauteng region. They aim to expand their South African customer base and is looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in sales and business development within the energy-efficiency sector, along with strong entrepreneurial skills to create new opportunities.
DUTIES:
- Research and analyze potential clients in the Johannesburg area.
- Build and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new leads, expanding the client base.
- Make informed decisions regarding client engagement.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare compelling proposals for potential clients.
- Close sales by converting prospects into clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales and business development experience.
- Technical proficiency in the energy efficiency sector, with a key focus on lighting.
- Experience with CRM software or similar platform.
