Leading South African corporations trust them for their energy-saving requirements, with numerous successful projects under their belt. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Gauteng region. They aim to expand their South African customer base and is looking for an experienced individual with a proven track record in sales and business development within the energy-efficiency sector, along with strong entrepreneurial skills to create new opportunities.
  • Research and analyze potential clients in the Johannesburg area.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new leads, expanding the client base.
  • Make informed decisions regarding client engagement.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline.
  • Prepare compelling proposals for potential clients.
  • Close sales by converting prospects into clients.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant sales and business development experience.
  • Technical proficiency in the energy efficiency sector, with a key focus on lighting.
  • Experience with CRM software or similar platform.
