ENVIRONMENT:
JOIN the growing Sales team of a forward-thinking Property Developer specializing in premium urban apartment living seeking its next Sales Consultant. You will play a critical role in connecting clients with high-value properties and investments that embody Cape Town’s distinctive lifestyle. This position is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in property sales, particularly within high-value markets. You’ll manage and grow a network of clients, deliver an exceptional customer journey, and support our mission to redefine urban living.
 
DUTIES:
  • In-office Engagement: this is an in-office role that requires collaboration between departments.
  • Lead Engagement: Proactively manage incoming leads through phone, email, and CRM to ensure each prospect receives personalized attention.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a robust network of prospects by consistently connecting with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Sales Excellence: Follow the business sales methodology to close deals efficiently, moving clients seamlessly through each stage, from offer to purchase to transfer.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, ensuring accurate data on client profiles, lead sources, and transaction progress.
  • Market Insights: Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, investment returns, and rental yields, positioning yourself as a trusted property advisor.
  • Portfolio Management: Support existing owners with resale strategies, rental assessments, and insights on capital growth to maximize the value of their investments.
  • Competitor & Development Analysis: Participate in project planning phases, offering input on pricing and product design while compiling competitor insights.
  • Full deal management: This involves processes such as customization, handovers, and client queries.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A driven sales professional with 5+ years of experience in high-value property sales or financial/investment advisory.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Experienced with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, and advanced in Excel for investment analysis.
  • Knowledgeable about the Cape Town property market, especially the Atlantic Seaboard & CBD. 
  • Networked with a solid base of past clients and potential buyers in high-value real estate.
