Personal Assistant to Sales (CPT Onsite)

ENVIRONMENT:
A forward-thinking Property Specialist seeks a highly meticulous, proactive & excellent multitasker to fill the role of a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to key Sales staff. This is a fast-paced, high-output environment where attention to detail, initiative, and discretion are key. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in enabling its Head of Sales and Senior Sales Consultant to focus on core sales activities by managing day-to-day administration, communication, and client coordination tasks. Applicants will require at least 3+ years proven work experience in a similar role, have to be tech-savvy with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite & experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred (Training can be provided).
DUTIES:
Diary & Schedule Management –
- Manage daily calendars, schedule meetings, property viewings, and internal obligations.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.
Email & Communication Support –
- Assist with drafting and sending client correspondence and follow-ups.
- Prioritise and filter incoming communication.
Client Coordination –
- Prepare documentation and meeting packs ahead of client meetings.
- Track follow-up actions, offer letters, and feedback post-engagement.
Sales & CRM Support –
- Update Salesforce with meeting notes, task progress, and deal status.
- Track documentation, agreements of sale, and client milestones.
Personal & Operational Admin –
- Assist with light personal admin for the team (travel bookings, courier coordination, etc.).
Internal Liaison –
- Follow up with Marketing, Development, and Client Service teams on key deliverables or information requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant (3+ years preferred).
- Attention to detail is mandatory.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred (Training can be provided).
Advantageous –
- Previous experience in Property, Real Estate, Legal, or Finance sectors.
