ENVIRONMENT:
A dynamic leader in the Property Sector seeks to fill the role of a Technical Business Analyst with expertise in service delivery, system integration, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance its IT operations, streamline processes, and deliver high-impact technology solutions. The successful incumbent will require 5+ years’ suitable work experience in a similar role including System Analysis & Design, ITIL, Modeling & Documentation: UML, BPMN, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, Business Process Mapping & Optimization and Technical Documentation & Reporting.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ Years relevant experience in similar role.
- Systems Analysis & Design.
- Service Delivery Management (ITIL, SLAs, KPIs).
- Modeling & Documentation: UML, BPMN.
- System Integration (APIs, Middleware, Data Flows).
- Data & APIs: SQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Business Process Mapping & Optimization.
- Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement.
- Change Management & UAT Coordination.
- Technical Documentation & Reporting.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town.
