System Monitoring and Improvement –
Monitor core systems.
Monitor 3rd party integrations.
Incident and escalation management.
Generate and provide SQL reports to verify key system metrics.
Test all software deliverables before deployment to production.
Automate manual tasks using different integration tooling.
Troubleshooting and Bug Prioritisation –
Execute bug fixing and root cause analysis when needed.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Troubleshooting day-to-day technical queries for external and internal stakeholders.
BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
3 – 4 Years’ experience in Enterprise Technical Support.
Exposure to testing frameworks and testing automation.
Strong SQL utilities and scripting skills.
Since the majority of work is done from home, a good home working space and reliable internet connection is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional client-facing skills.
