An innovative provider of cutting-edge tech solutions for the transport sector seeks an energetic & highly meticulous Sales & Marketing Assistant to join its team. You will be responsible for all aspects of Sales Admin for the Sales team including coordinating meetings, assisting with quotes & sales documentation and sales reports as well as aiding Training Coordination which includes shows, webinars and customer training and Social Media.

 

DUTIES:

Sales + Marketing Administration (Support Internal Sales Efforts) –

Salesforce Administration – Revise pricebooks, updates, etc. Assist team in updates/ reporting as needed.

Send out weekly scorecards.

Get documentation ready as needed (sole source letters, NDA’s, others as needed…).

Overall Zoom Contact (Set Up New Accounts, Answer Questions, etc.).

Support Installation Guide Development (Proofread).

Marketing materials/training manuals orders (Print Solutions).

Assist with any Sales Team event organisation (Dealer Meeting, Office Events).

Coordinate Regional Tradeshows: Registration, Bookings, Logistics, Presentations.

Assist with Data Plan Renewals as needed.

FCC Licensing Coordination.

Status updates on RMA’s, tracking, etc.

Social Media Coordination assistance: Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Posts via Buffer.

Overall YouTube Organiser (Create Playlists, Uploads as needed).

Glance Duty Weekly Assignments/Email + Update Forecasting.

 

Training Coordinator (Webinars + Distributor + Customer) –

Coordinate Dates / Topics with Sales Team.

Schedule Zoom webinars / meetings.

Support with Monthly Webinar Document + Send to Distributors each month.

Customize each webinar’s description/settings + Organise Personnel involved (Calendar Invites, Touchbase Emails, etc.).

Create Individual Campaign Monitor Email Invites + Send.

Create YouTube Live Streams + Upload onto AI YouTube Channel + AI Public Training Channel via GoToStage.

Track Attendance + Upload/Share Report with Sales Managers by territory.

Send Follow Up Emails to Attendees/Registrants with Handout and Recording Links (Scheduled on Zoom).

IMSA Webinar Set Up + Logistics.

Webinar Credit Hour Requests.

Customer Training Program – Coordinate, materials, agendas, book AI Trainer.
