A fast-growing global start-up providing cutting-edge Software & Cloud Solutions seeks well-spoken & self-driven Outbound Software Sales Representative (SaaS) to join its team. Your core role will be to develop new leads, engage with customers to understand their needs, thus ensuring a smooth sales process. You will need prior experience in a similar Sales role, be proficient in MS Office, Asana, Slack, HubSpot and CRM software such as Salesforce, have strong communication, cold calling and multitasking ability. The successful candidate will be competitive in nature, a good listener and able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction, ultimately closing sales and meeting and exceeding targets.
Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information per email.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
Stay informed about competing products and services.
Upsell products and services.
Research and qualify new leads.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Previous experience in a related Sales position preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office, Asana, Slack, HubSpot and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
