A dynamic provider of cutting-edge Software-centric and Cloud-native ADC Solutions seeks a highly experienced, passionate and ambitious Channel Manager (EMEA) to win, maintain and expand relationship with assigned Channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. With assigned Channel partners being based in varying markets/channels and geographic locations, you will also represent the entire range of company products and services to them. The successful candidate must possess a relevant 4-year Degree from an accredited tertiary institution with at least 4 years’ Channel Sales experience in a B2B environment. The role may require extensive travel in the future (around 1 week per month).
Proactively profile, target and recruit new qualifying partners.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
Sell through partner organisations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
Lead solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
Ensure partner compliance with partner agreements.
Drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
Minimum of a 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum five years of Channel Sales experience in a Business-to-Business sales environment.
