A rapidly growing global start-up providing cutting-edge Software & Cloud Solutions on a mission to help the next generation of makers build tomorrow’s digital landmarks seeks a Business Development Representative (SaaS) to boost sales and make a critical contribution to long-term business growth. You will play a key link between the Marketing and Sales teams while seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will also be expected to ensure proper after-sales service. The successful candidate must possess a BSc Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or similar field, have proven work experience as a Business Development Rep or Sales Account Executive or similar having developed leads from Marketing campaigns with a track record of achieving sales quotas, have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls, CRM software skills preferably Salesforce, MS Excel with the ability to analyse spreadsheets and charts, understand Sales Performance metrics, and be able to deliver engaging presentations.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Present the company to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Setup meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Account Executive.
Report to the BDM on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.
Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
