Business Development Executive (German or Dutch speaking)

ENVIRONMENT:

If you have sales in your blood and you’re fluent in German or Dutch, then a dynamic UK-based CRM/CX Digital Agency wants you as their next Business Development Executive to play a key role in supporting international new business development efforts for this fast-growing business. You will require knowledge of ABM techniques and an understanding of a Sales Training Methodology – Sandler Training in particular will prove hugely beneficial, have a clear understanding of Inbound Marketing and the sales process and knowledge of service delivery and the drive to manage sales pipelines and smash sales targets.

 

DUTIES:

Seek out and engage good fit companies through strategic prospecting and progress and develop new business contacts into opportunities.

Leverage existing leads and generate new and additional interest through emails, blogs, social media messaging and telephone follow-up.

Maximise the use of HubSpot’s Sales Hub tools and their ABM capabilities.

Support prospects in learning and understanding more about HubSpot’s products, and in particular about the HubSpot Website CMS.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to speak German OR Dutch.

Sales Flare – You must have a natural talent for sales. Experience is helpful but not essential.

A knowledge of ABM techniques and an understanding of a Sales Training Methodology, such as Sandler Training, will be a distinct advantage.

You will be expected to have a clear understanding of Inbound Marketing and the sales process and knowledge of service delivery will also be very useful.

You can build great client relationships and have a great telephone manner with a clear and enthusiastic approach.

You must be self-efficient, a go-getter, and have a strong work ethic. You push forward when times are tough.

You’re always on-the-ball to respond to leads as soon as they come in and enjoy seeking out new opportunities.

You enjoy working to and smashing sales targets and managing sales pipelines to drive the best results for the company.
