Senior Customer Success Specialist (CPT Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT:
DRIVE customer adoption, retention and growth utilizing your exceptional negotiation and communications skills as the next Senior Customer Success Specialist sought by a cutting-edge Communication Solutions Platform in Stellenbosch. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with products or services. You will also conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Applicants will require at least 5 years proven work experience in a similar role – preferably in the Software/Tech industry with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
 
DUTIES:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with existing customers to identify product or service offering gaps and directing this back into the business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create the foundation for a strong relationship with the customer by understanding customer context, overseeing goals, and providing product information to best serve those goals.
  • Educate customers on product features, best practices, and industry trends to drive product adoption and usage.
  • Focus on white space mapping within current customer portfolios and collaborate with Sales teams to identify expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor customer health metrics, such as product usage, engagement, and satisfaction levels.
  • Analyse customer data, usage patterns, and behaviour to derive insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Customer Success Specialist or similar role, preferably in the Software/Technology industry , minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships externally as well as with internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, manage multiple relationships and collaborate across internal departments.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
