ENVIRONMENT:
A provider of dynamic IT Solutions seeks an ambitious Sales Administrator to assist the Account Manager, in a reactive and proactive way, to achieve the sales targets set for this position and to also assist the MD/Technical Department if and when instructed to achieve the goals of the Sales Department. You will need Matric/Grade 12, 3+ years’ Sales Administration experience in an IT environment with a proven track record in administration and servicing of internal and external customers. You must have you own car and valid Driver’s License.
DUTIES:
Client liaison and interaction –
- Requests from active and potential clients.
- Quotes from Account Manager, Technical Department, MD.
- Queries from active and potential clients.
- Service calls.
- Project plan management.
- Calls to clients who have cancelled their services.
- Deliver stock when required.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and ensure that they are sent out.
- Meet clients with RN –
- Top 20
Request quotes from Suppliers –
- Telephonic interaction.
- Requests and follow ups.
- Project plan management.
- Collect stock when required.
Increase knowledge base with regards to ISN products and services –
- Upskilling – ADSL, Fibre, Panda anti-virus, Hardware, Software – standard versus professional.
- Attend training as and when provided or offered.
Action additional tasks as instructed by the Account Manager/Financial Manager/Technical Department or MD as and when new projects arise –
- Ad hoc projects.
- Maintain project plans for big projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Complete and adhere to all ISN’s administrative policies and procedures –
- Refer to Sales Operations manual.
- Refer to Technical Operations manual.
- Stand in for the Account Manager when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric / Grade 12 essential.
- 3+ Years Sales Administration experience in an IT environment.
- Proven track record in administration and servicing of internal and external customers.
- Own car and valid Driver’s License essential.
- Clear credit record.
