ENVIRONMENT:
OUR client is currently seeking a qualified applicant based in Cape Town or Johannesburg to be its next Sales Account Executive whose core focus will be to drive growth and development for a Swiss Identity Verification company. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The successful incumbent must be fluent in both English & German, have 3-5 years B2B Sales experience at medium-to-large entities including being able to build a stakeholder map to manage complex deals.
DUTIES:
- Drive growth in the Swiss market and develop business by acquiring new customers.
- Manage various prospecting channels to target and gain the interest of potential enterprise customers.
- Own the acquisition process from the initial point of contact to planning and carrying out pitches to enterprise customers, including defining offers and participating in contract negotiations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry news, technologies, trends, and opportunities related to identity verification solutions.
- Regularly report activities, progress, and successes directly to the Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B Sales at medium-to-large entities.
- Fluency in English and German and proficiency in local language(s) for effective communication.
- Good understanding of the Sales process.
- Comfortable approaching senior decision makers and able to build a stakeholder map to manage complex deals.
- Ability to tell engaging stories about large deals initiated and demonstrate your approach.
- Strong commercial and technical understanding.
- Familiarity with different types of sales methodologies and ability to apply the most suitable one.
- Adherence to established company policies and procedures regarding all aspects of information security.
