Restaurant Manager

ENVIRONMENT:
Our client, just outside Franschhoek, requires the services of a passionate restaurant manager to join the team. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager, Grade 12, and a relevant qualification.
DUTIES:
- Managing staff
- Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed.
- Focus on best guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years’ experience as restaurant manager.
- Grade 12 is essential.
- Relevant qualification.
- Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours).
- Client services experience is essential.
ATTRIBUTES:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure.
