Our client, just outside Franschhoek, requires the services of a passionate restaurant manager to join the team.  The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience as a restaurant manager, Grade 12, and a relevant qualification.
  • Managing staff
  • Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed.
  • Focus on best guest experience.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as restaurant manager.
  • Grade 12 is essential.
  • Relevant qualification.
  • Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours).
  • Client services experience is essential.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Able to work under pressure.
