YOUR passion for the Hospitality industry and ensuring superb guest experience as a Restaurant Manager is sought by our client, nestled in the picturesque wine valley of Franschhoek. You will require at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role including Client Services, be fluent in both Afrikaans & English and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage staff.
  • Liaise between FOH and BOH where needed.
  • Focus on best guest experience.
  • Grade 12 / Matric is essential.
  • Relevant qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager.
  • Client Services experience is essential.
  • Afrikaans and English speaking.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Must be available to work weekends/evenings as well as public holidays (hospitality hours). 
  • Own transport.
