Personal Assistant (CPT Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT:
A highly experienced, professional and meticulous Personal Assistant is sought by a Boutique Software company to join its team. Your role will entail checking staff scheduling, scheduling internal and client meetings, assisting with quotes and proposals while organizing travel arrangements and assisting with family needs like transport, appointments, and doctors’ appointments. The successful incumbent requires basic Accounting knowledge and a valid Driver’s License – preferably having your own vehicle. Candidates must live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
 
DUTIES:
Staff and Scheduling –
  • Check on staff scheduling.
  • Schedule internal meetings.
  • Schedule client meetings for Management.
 
Client Relations –
  • Client onboarding and liaison.
 
Administrative Support –
  • Assist with quotes and proposals.
  • Diary Management for CEO and COO.
  • Book flights and hotels for business travel.
 
Home and Personal Assistance –
  • Assist with domestic tasks related to HOME.
  • Assistance with family needs like transport, appointments, and doctors’ appointments.
 
Documentation –
  • Draft company policies, standard operating procedures, and correspondence.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Basic Accounting knowledge.
  • Partly remote work arrangement (2-3 days a week from home).
  • Training on tasks will be given where relevant.
  • Candidates must live in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
  • Immediate start.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Own vehicle preferable.
