Performance Marketer (Remote)

DEVELOP and execute performance-based marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition as the next data-driven Performance Marketer sought by an innovative Digital Tech & Marketing company to join its remote team. Working closely with the Marketing and Analytics teams, you will also help analyse data, track key metrics, and optimise campaigns for maximum performance. The ideal candidate will require a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business or related discipline with 3+ years’ work experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising and proficiency with digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Programmatic advertising platforms, analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar tools, A/B Testing, Optimisation Techniques and understand Marketing Funnels and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Develop and execute Performance-based Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
  • Work with the Marketing and Analytics teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Optimise campaigns to improve KPIs, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Conduct A/B Testing and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that drive conversions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to performance marketing.
Qualifications –
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Experience/Skills –
  • 3+ Years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with A/B Testing and Optimisation techniques.
  • Understanding of Marketing Funnels and Customer Journey Mapping.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
