ENVIRONMENT:
Our client, who creates and manages the perfect environment in which e-commerce thrives, is looking for a passionate Office Coordinator on a contract basis, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, responding to inquiries and requests from staff and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and have a high level of attention to detail. Additionally, they should be proficient in using office software and equipment, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
DUTIES:
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, responding to inquiries and requests from staff and clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise and execute tasks to meet client requests and deadlines.
- Solution oriented with ability to investigate and resolve issues independently or with support from internal teams.
