Mid-Level UX Developer (CPT Hybrid)

ENVIRONMENT:
YOUR keen eye for beautiful digital aesthetics is sought to fill the role of the next Mid-Level UX Developer wanted by a dynamic Travel Agency. Your core role will be to optimize, design and develop a user-friendly and visually attractive online booking platform focusing on conversion optimization, working closely with the Senior Designer. Applicants will require at least 3 years work experience as a Frontend Designer/Developer, focusing on conversion optimization and user flows with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, RESTful APIs, A/B Testing, Google Analytics, VWO and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles.
 
DUTIES:
  • Optimize, design and develop a user-friendly and visually attractive online booking platform focusing on conversion optimization, working closely with the Senior Designer.
  • Analyse existing user flows and identify areas for improving the user experience.
  • Implement A/B Testing and other conversion optimisation methods to measure and enhance the effectiveness of the user interface.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Design team to translate user behaviour insights into concrete design solutions.
  • Translate designs into a fully responsive Frontend that works consistently across different devices and browsers.
  • Work with modern Frontend technologies such as HTML, HTMX, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
  • Maintain design and branding consistency across various platforms and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Frontend design, UX/UI, and conversion optimisation.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Frontend Designer/Developer, focusing on conversion optimization and user flows.
  • Excellent command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with modern Frontend framework: React.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how they contribute to improving conversions.
  • Experience with tools for A/B Testing and user analysis like Google Analytics and VWO.
 
Advantageous –
  • Experience with GO, Metabase and HTMX.
  • Experience with AdobeXD.
