- Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support on Ivanti Service Manager.
- Maintain Incident, Change and Problem Tickets on SD tool.
- Business requirements gathering and documentation.
- Adaptation of functional requirements to technical requirements.
- Software Installation.
- Software configuration using product framework and limited development outside of the product.
- Communication with clients, business owners, Project Managers and Business Analysts.
- Ivanti Report Development and Configuration.
- Diploma in Software Development or Information Technology.
- Ivanti Service Manager and or HEAT ITSM, Ivanti Xtraction, Ivanti EPM, Ivanti Security Controls, Ivanti Patch, Ivanti Neurons or similar.
- Enterprise Service Management knowledge, ITIL knowledge, Business Analysis, Project Management.
- The ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
- Customer centric and good communications.
