Junior Professional Services Consultant (Ivanti Software Support)

A dynamic provider of Enterprise Application Software seeks an ambitious and strong technical individual to fill the role its next Junior Professional Services Consultant whose core role will be to install, configuring & troubleshoot Ivanti Service Manager and other related software products / solutions. This will include creating tables, adding custom fields, form design, business rules, UI rules and layout – training will be provided to help you learn the product and grow your skill set. The ideal candidate must be self-driven & customer-centric with excellent communication skills. You must have experience with Ivanti Service Manager and/or HEAT ITSM, Ivanti Xtraction, Ivanti EPM, Ivanti Security Controls, Ivanti Patch, Ivanti Neurons or similar; SQL, JavaScript, HTML, SSRS, XML, XSLT, SMTP/POP3, .NET. You will also require Enterprise Service Management & ITIL knowledge, Business Analysis and Project Management experience.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd Line Support on Ivanti Service Manager.
  • Maintain Incident, Change and Problem Tickets on SD tool.
  • Business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Adaptation of functional requirements to technical requirements.
  • Software Installation.
  • Software configuration using product framework and limited development outside of the product.
  • Communication with clients, business owners, Project Managers and Business Analysts.
  • Ivanti Report Development and Configuration.
Qualifications –
  • Diploma in Software Development or Information Technology.
Experience/Skills –
  • Ivanti Service Manager and or HEAT ITSM, Ivanti Xtraction, Ivanti EPM, Ivanti Security Controls, Ivanti Patch, Ivanti Neurons or similar.
  • Enterprise Service Management knowledge, ITIL knowledge, Business Analysis, Project Management.
  • MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML, SSRS, XML, XSLT, SMTP / POP3, .NET, Development – Web Services etc.
  • The ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems.
