ENVIRONMENT:
A strong technical and ambitious individual is sought to fill the role for an IT Tech Support for a dynamic Property Management company based in the CBD. Your tasks will include configuration and maintenance of Windows PCs & Macs across network, manage Network Shared drives, VoIP system management and system backup oversight. Applicants will need experience handling staff support tickets and compiling & delivering management oversight reports. Any experience with MS 365 configuration and user account management and RMM tools will prove beneficial.
DUTIES:
- Configuration and maintenance of Windows PCs & Macs across network.
- Manage Network Shared drives.
- Email system management (accounts, mailing lists, etc.).
- Printer infrastructure management.
- Central user account and authentication management.
- Network infrastructure management (cable & Wi-Fi).
- VoIP system management.
- System backup oversight.
- Interaction with external service providers for technical support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Self-manage a varied task list.
- Deal with staff support tickets.
- Compile and deliver management oversight reports.
Advantageous –
- MS 365 configuration and user account management.
- RMM tools.
