Internal / External IT Sales Rep (DBN)
Durban – KwaZulu Natal
A dynamic provider of IT Solutions seeks an ambitious & target-driven Internal / External IT Sales Rep (DBN) to boost sales, identify sales leads and maintain relationships with customers. Your role will also include following up on inbound and outbound leads via cold colds and emails and routing qualified opportunities. The ideal candidate will require 2-3 years’ suitable work experience including IT sales and knowledge of IT components, be proficient in Excel, have strong communication skills with an excellent multitasking ability while working under pressure.
- Responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients through identifying prospective customers.
- Follow up on potential sales leads.
- Meet and exceed set targets
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- 2-3 Years relevant work experience with knowledge of IT components or previous IT sales.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and telephonic communication.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
