Implementation & Training Specialist

A leading company that offers innovative cloud-based solutions for cost management, with a focus on Quoting/Jobs, Call-Out, and Contract Management, is seeking an Implementation and Training Specialist to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the successful rollout of the company’s cloud-based cost management application to clients.
Key responsibilities include managing seamless integration, delivering thorough training to users, and addressing client support queries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in this area are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with cloud platforms and knowledge of relevant technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud are advantageous.
Implementation Management:
  • Lead the implementation process of the company’s cloud-based cost management application for clients, ensuring adherence to timelines and project milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to gather requirements and customize the application according to client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify integration requirements and potential challenges.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans, including data migration strategies, system configurations, and user access management.
Training Delivery:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and training videos, to support client onboarding and user adoption.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for clients, both onsite and remotely, to ensure effective utilization of the cost management application.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation, addressing any questions or concerns and facilitating continuous learning and skill development.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and training process, fostering positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements based on client feedback and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.
  • Proven experience in implementing and training on cloud-based applications, preferably in the field of cost management or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and delivering engaging training sessions, both onsite and remotely.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
