HubSpot Account Manager (JHB/CT remote or Hybrid)

THE expertise of a forward-thinking, proactive and ambitious HubSpot Account Manager is sought by an innovative Integrated Digital Marketing Agency to lead the sales, onboarding, planning, and initial HubSpot scope of work identification for all current and new client accounts. It is imperative that you build key relationships within clients’ businesses to drive the HubSpot service offering and upsell within spend competencies. You will also be responsible for the management of client accounts and sales strategies of the portfolio of Hubspot clients while also assisting the Business Development Manager in the UK with initial scoping of potential clients, onboarding and managing the process of induction. The ideal candidate must have 3 years’ experience as a Senior Consultant/Planner/Sales in a B2B Lead Generation Agency/Digital Advertising Agency, have impeccable HubSpot knowledge including Sales Hub, Marketing, Operations, CRM, experience with SEO, PPC, Display and Creative, Advanced Excel, Report Writing, Data Analysis and exceptional Project Management and Presentation skills.
  • Provide consultancy, training and implementation of  New Business best practices and processes for setup and usage of the HubSpot Sales and CRM tools with clients.
  • Work closely with clients on current sales processes and how to improve this going forward so processes are streamlined and effective within Hubspot.
  • Conceptualization and implementation of sales outreach campaigns.
  • Consult with clients around their business, marketing and sales needs, compiling strategy and technology architecture, configuring technology and managing expectations and change.
  • Understand clients’ needs and how to strategically plan and implement within HubSpot going forward using necessary tools and platforms.
  • Define, strategize and implement sales processes, automation programmes and overall HubSpot tools.
  • Propose solutions for improving or configuring technology.
  • Ensure the right solutions are being used for the client’s needs, goals and business strategy across the marketing tech stack.
  • Define how success is measured on each tech solution, providing reporting and insights for the client.
  • Work closely with the HubSpot Manager on overall project needs and requirements, and work closely with the Development team to ensure projects are executed according to plan and within timelines set.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Consultant/Planner in a B2B Lead Generation Agency or Digital Advertising Agency.
  • Impeccable knowledge of HubSpot and the key areas within the HubSpot solutions offering and its challenges – Sales Hub, Marketing, Operations, CRM etc.
  • Advanced report writing, data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Impressive Presentation and Project Management skills.
  • Skilled at prioritising and managing your own targets and the HubSpot execution and proposed solutions across multiple clients in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Credible leadership skills, capable of motivating agency teams and promoting the trust of clients.
  • Highly motivated, undaunted by rewarding hard work, and passionate about HubSpot and Lead Generation.
  • Excellent knowledge of Digital Marketing and the key digital channels and their challenges – SEO, PPC, Display and Creative in particular, and how this will be executed within HubSpot.
  • Excellent knowledge of HubSpot reporting and associated tools.
  • A firm understanding of workflows, nurture sequences, retargeting and all actions related to B2B Marketing.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with a focus on data analysis and commercial forecasting.
