Our client holds the prestigious title of being a certified SMA (Success-Based Search Engine Optimization) partner with Google, known as a ‘Uoogle Premium Partner. They are the industry leader in success-based search engine optimization (SMY). They are currently seeking a highly qualified Google Ads SMA Manager to provide full-time services to a prominent Swiss digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of experience working with SMA (Success-Based Search Engine Optimization) within either a company or agency.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with various Google tools, including but not limited to Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads, Data Studio, Conversion Tracking, and others."
- Planning, creation, and management of Google Ad campaigns.
- Serving as the technical point of contact for all SMA (Success-Based Search Engine Optimization) inquiries during customer projects.
- Monitoring, controlling, and optimizing campaigns for optimal performance.
- Generating performance reports.
- Demonstrating a commitment to continuous self-education in Google Ads and the integration of innovative solutions into customer projects.
- Willingness to participate in an intensive introductory program and coaching, while also embracing mentoring that challenges and motivates personal growth.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and guiding them towards achieving their goals.
- Fluent in both English and German.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMA (Success-Based Search Engine Optimization) with a company or agency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with various Google tools, including but not limited to Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Ads, Data Studio, Conversion Tracking, etc.
- Possession of various Google Ads certifications.
- Strong analytical, data-driven, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to comprehend and optimize processes from search to conversion, incorporating fundamental SMY practices.
- Demonstrated success with various types of ad campaigns, such as SEM, SEO, remarketing, shopping ads, ad extensions, etc.
- Technical proficiency in generating and measuring conversions, as well as diagnosing and resolving any issues.
- Knowledge of handling Ad Scripts would be advantageous.
- Strong independent time and task management skills, with an efficient work method.
- Proficiency in written communication and technical terminology.
