ENVIRONMENT:
Founded in 2020, our client focuses on delivering comprehensive IT, analytics, and software support services specifically designed for the fresh produce industry. They are currently looking for a Services Consultant to deliver exceptional customer-focused support, addressing daily queries, offering strategic workflow guidance, managing system champion tasks such as development staging and implementation, and assisting with reporting and business intelligence (BI) requirements.
 
DUTIES:
  • Provide technical guidance on system and workflow best practices.
  • Assist staff with troubleshooting client-specific logs.
  • Handle and escalate customer requests and complaints.
  • Ensure issues are resolved promptly and maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Translate client requirements into specifications for the development team.
  • Document and maintain accurate support logs.
  • Build confidence with clients by delivering high-quality service.
  • Support the team leader in ensuring timely follow-up of all inquiries.
  • Communicate risks or issues to the team lead promptly.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1+ years of IT and/or business qualification.
  • Background in the fruit industry (advantageous).
