ENVIRONMENT:
RESEARCH UX best-practices, competitors and user needs while conducting user-testing & analysing data to inform the design process as the next Digital Design Specialist sought by a dynamic Business Management Consultancy to fill a 6-Month Contract. You will also manage content for certain projects/areas. The ideal candidate requires a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Media/Marketing/Research/Digital Marketing and at least 2 years’ experience in Market Research including User Testing research and Usability Testing with a good understanding of analytics and the UX Design process.
 
DUTIES:
  • Support the Product Design team in delivering digital touchpoint experiences that customers engage with.
  • Support the Product Design team in developing customer journey strategies that consistently improve the customer experience and drive a customer centric culture throughout the business.
  • Research UX best practices across both competitors and user needs requirements.
  • Analyse CX and UX data to inform our UX design process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Design team members.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Media, Marketing, Research, Digital Marketing (or relevant discipline).
 
Experience/Skills –
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in market research.
  • Ability to conduct research.
  • User Testing research and Usability Testing.
  • Analysed research findings for a better understanding of user insight.
  • Good understanding of analytics and the UX Design process.
  • Good understanding of what motivates a customer.
 
Desirable –
  • 3 Years’ experience in market research.
  • Previous UX research (Banking advantageous).
