A fast-paced and growing Data & Device Delivery Specialist in Joburg seeks a smart, committed and self-driven Customer Success Manager to join its team. Your core role will be to manage client relationships and day to day operational and support requirements of the client base to ensure exceptional customer service experience. You will also assist with the will be required to assist with the preparation and dispatch of client orders as well as technically support clients with system related support queries. You must have relevant experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving with technical ability and passionate about all things tech.   • Customer Relationship Management / Client Service. Analyse and understand operational performance, manage relationships at multiple levels within an organisation, resolve issues and ensure that business meets clients expected levels of performance and service.
  • Ensure that customers SLAs are being met.
