ENVIRONMENT:
Our valued client, a globally recognized leader in advanced AI Solutions, is actively seeking a proactive and committed Business Support Manager. This individual will have a pivotal role in shaping a top-tier technology business. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive proficiency in Microsoft Office, a minimum of five years’ experience in managing financial and operational aspects of a business, and the capability to oversee marketing and administrative functions.
 
DUTIES:
Bookkeeping & Financial Support:
  • Maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Process supplier invoices and issue client invoices.
  • Assist in preparing management accounts and conducting analysis.
Business Operations:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings across various time zones.
  • Maintain documentation and oversee the company’s filing system.
  • Facilitate the electronic signing of contracts and agreements.
  • Book and manage work-related events, including conferences.
  • Assist with software and subscription management.
  • Procure and manage office insurance policies.
  • Perform external KYC, AML, and due diligence checks.
Marketing & Sales Support:
  • Manage social media accounts and the company website.
  • Assist in maintaining the CRM system and scheduling client meetings.
  • Organize presentations, events, and promotions.
  • Support promotional activities.
  • Assist in organizing market research.
HR Support:
  • Help with contract preparation and employee onboarding/offboarding.
  • Process payroll and expenses.
  • Track annual leave.
Product Support:
  • Assist with technical administrative activities.
  • Conduct product testing, including oversight and result analysis.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience working with various software packages, such as bookkeeping software, CRM systems, and e-signature tools.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where prioritization is crucial.
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Solution-oriented and a creative problem solver.
