Business Development Associate (German/French) (Remote)

Johannesburg – Gauteng ~ Remote

JOIN a global remote team of a Swiss-based FinTech company seeking a young & an ambitious Business Development Associate with strong research & sales ability who is fluent in German or French. Your role will entail conducting research to find target clients across Switzerland, generating new leads and contacts while creating Outbound Sales & Business Development campaigns and managing the sales pipeline in your designated region. The ideal candidate must be driven to reach and exceed targets, have a strong understanding of the Sales process, be a strong lead researcher and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR at least 3 years’ suitable work experience. Any experience with CRM or similar software and prior B2B sales success will prove beneficial.
  • Research target clients across Switzerland.
  • Generate new leads and establish suitable points of contact.
  • Engage with decision-makers at prospective clients and build strong relationships on a daily basis.
  • Create, execute and manage Outbound Sales and Business Development campaigns.
  • Effective manage sales pipeline within your designated region.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business OR at least 3 year’s relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Sales process.
  • Excellent lead researcher.
  • MUST speak English and German OR French.
  • Experience with CRM software or similar platform (Advantageous).
