Branch Manager (Namibia)


A cutting-edge FinTech company seeks a highly results-driven & experienced Branch Manager to take change of its Namibian division to ensure overall growth of revenue. Your core role will entail dealing with direct sales to new merchants and markets as well as to existing merchants where retention of those merchants is paramount. The ideal candidate must have a passion for Sales, possess a suitable University Degree/Diploma, have Sales & Account Management experience with a proven track record within Financial Services, strong marketing & negotiating techniques, proficiency in MS Office, English and Afrikaans and able to deliver attractive presentations. You must have a valid Driver’s Licence and your own transport.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Setup meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/Close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for product development.
  • Attend and contribute at industry meetings.
Qualifications –
  • A relevant University Degree/ Diploma.
Experience/Skills –
  • A Driver’s License and MUST have own transport.
  • Sales and Account Management experience in the Financial Services sector – with a proven track record.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
