- A tertiary qualification.
- At least 2 years admin experience (preferably in recruitment).
- Ability to multi task and works quickly.
- Be able to cope well under pressure and have the unique combination of excellent people skills and strong attention to detail.
- Extensive MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) experience is essential.
- Simultaneously manages priorities.
- Takes initiative in solving problems and improving processes.
- Writes and speaks with clarity.
- Manages time.
