Working alongside the Chief Investment Officer –
Develop, automating and deploy investment algorithms.
Data base Management.
Develop new code and design new architecture to extend functionality.
Back testing of algorithms.
Finding/developing new trading algos.
Undergraduate Degree in Maths / Statistics / Computer Science / Engineering or relevant tertiary qualification.
Strong analysis skills.
Object-orientation, Multi-threading, Software Optimisation and Memory Management.
Ability to translate basic business requirements into system solutions.
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good coding standards and experience.
Ability to work both independently and within a team to deliver a solution.
Strong skills & knowledge of the R programming environment.
A desire to work in a flexible role with broad exposure to investments and technology.
Able to adapt and deliver in a dynamic environment.
