Programme Administrator (EE) (Contract)

ENVIRONMENT:

A driven and solutions-orientated Programme Administrator is sought by a leading investment group. The core purpose of your role will be to assist the Programme Manager with the co-ordination, administration and the delivery of a Separation Workstream. The ideal candidate requires a relevant Degree/Post-Grad qualification, 5+years’ Asset Management experience in a project management capacity, have managed multiple workstreams/projects, worked on demerger-related projects, an understanding of investment industry roles and processes, be skilled with ServiceNow, MS Teams & Advanced Excel. Please note this is an Employment Equity position and a 6-month contract.

 

DUTIES:

Manage the service migration tracker

Manage the change control process – changes to services, early termination etc.

Collate and distribute periodic programme reporting – team meetings, working groups, Steer Co meetings etc.

Diarise programme meetings – team meetings, working groups, Steer Co meetings etc.

Draft meeting minutes and actions.

Maintain Programme RAID Log – track/chase open actions/issues/risks.

Maintain Programme Roadmap.

Maintain Vendor Selection Matrix.

Manage Marketing Financial Tracker.

Co-ordinate Production Readiness.

Ensure that the Separation projects are run in accordance with governance process.

Support Separation Project Managers with financials and/or general queries.

Support Separation Programme Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.

Engage with third parties as required.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

A relevant Degree/Post-Grad qualification.

Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or similar) advantageous.

 

Experience/Skills –

5+ Years of asset management experience in a project management capacity.

Managing multiple workstreams / projects.

Working on demerger-related projects.

Dealing with multiple stakeholders in multiple global locations.

A thorough understanding of investment industry roles and processes.

Demonstrable history of working with other investment industry organisations, external vendors and consultants.

A thorough understanding and ability to comply with project governance.

Working with ServiceNow or similar project management system.

Asset Management or Financial Industry experience.

Proven track record in Project Delivery.
