Are you a confident, analytical and experienced campaign Marketing Analyst who has had proven success to accurately forecast and plan investment and sales to acquire and retain customers and maximize ROI to meet business growth objectives. We are a fast-paced e-commerce platform company in Cape Town, who seeks a skilled person with a Business Science / BCom / Finance / Stats / Marketing Degree and/or CIMA qualification and minimum of 3 years’ experience planning (preferably within a retail/marketing environment).
Accurately forecast and develop our business and adspend to provide the business with a clear roadmap to meet financial objectives
Ensure curve trends are monitored with changes identified timeously for re-forecasting and adjust accordingly
Develop Adspend forecasts accurately aligned with campaign strategies to meet efficiency objectives
Provide insightful reporting & analysis for weekly sales, monthly management reports, marketing review, quarterly concepts, and ad hoc requests
Analyse trends relating to key variables within campaigns and put forward proposals for improvement
Accurately forecast financial flows per channel and status buckets for weekly targets, monthly rates & growth aligned to business objectives
Drive collaboration and key stakeholder engagement with merchandise, credit risk & operations to develop the business plan on time
Identify, investigate and explain revenue and spend variances
Increase customer demand and basket size to deliver intake targets and drive organic growth through innovation
Engage and challenge the business to improve conversion.
Monitor campaigns and channel performance & work with Customer Engagement team.
Drive process improvements in planning
Collaborate with the business and Customer Engagement team to forecast growth in key strategic areas such as digital, foreign and showrooms
A Business Science / BCom / Finance / Stats / Marketing Degree and/or CIMA qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience planning (preferably within a retail/marketing environment)
Passionate about data, insights and analytics.
