Our client, a provider of comprehensive IT Solutions based in Cape Town, seeks an Engineer Coordinator who will be:
Taking calls from customers and logging tickets.
Logging tickets from emails.
Assigning and arranging callouts and remote support sessions for Engineers.
Organising cabling site surveys.
Customer follow ups to check satisfaction with work done.
Planning Engineers schedules.
Continuous communication with customers and Engineer team.
