The expertise of a forward-thinking Digital Campaign Specialist with strong business & commercial acumen is sought by a leading Financial Services provider. You will help develop and execute the Paid Search strategy which will include – Campaign Building, Optimisation, Testing, Calendar Management, etc., – ensuring quality leads. You will require a Google AdWords Certification (Google Search and Display Advanced), at least 2+ years in a similar role, extensive knowledge of online & mobile business models & internet/consumer tech & experience in multi-channel work (Google AdWords, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Facebook and Twitter) with a particular focus on DoubleClick Bid Manager.
Day-to-day management of all PPC advertising, these include but are not limited to –
AdWords (Google Search & Google GDN/Smart Display/GSP) and Bing.
Assist the Senior PPC Campaign Manager with day-to-day Campaign management.
Update Budget Checker daily with Spend from the platforms and conversion figures.
Display/Programmatic: (if applicable) –
Including Oath, Google Marketing Platform etc.
Implement and manage day-to-day programmatic buys across multiple channels, formats, and Campaigns.
Campaign set-up of programmatic buys in DSPs, with daily in-console monitoring of Campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon KPIs.
Manage, analyse and optimise Campaigns to achieve and exceed KPI’s.
Set bid strategies, monitor performance, and identify and implement optimisations.
Review, analyse, and activate biddable media-based Campaigns on insightful data and business objectives.
Ensure reporting of all channels is in place, on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Report with performance driving insights to Brand Managers and make recommendations on improving the Campaigns.
Integrate reporting with other media channels.
Responsible for monthly Analytics reports to Shareholder.
Responsible for Insights and Data analysis of Google Analytics (weekly and monthly).
Assist in diagnosing issues or opportunities with Digital platforms and solutions.
Assist in interpreting and presenting findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
Workflow with Brand Managers –
Manage the expectations of Brand Managers regarding spend and outcome of Campaigns.
Confirm Campaign Briefs receipt with Brand Managers and send proof of flighting.
Liaise with Campaign chase list and search ad copy build out.
Load and optimise the Campaigns.
Collaborate with Brand Managers on client’s Campaign objectives and propose strategies to meet those objectives.
Staying informed of the Digital landscape in order to mitigate or capitalise on any upcoming Changes.
Google AdWords Certification (Google Search and Display Advanced).
Google Analytics Certification.
Relevant Commercial/Marketing Diploma or Degree/Digital Marketing course (Advantageous).
Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, executing Digital Campaigns and monitoring multiple Digital channels/platforms.
Intermediate Microsoft Office user.
Good understanding of programmatic advertising and performance metrics.
Extensive knowledge of online and mobile business models and internet/consumer technology.
Experience in multi-channel work (Google AdWords, DoubleClick Bid Manager, Facebook and Twitter) with a particular focus on DoubleClick Bid Manager.
Experience in eCommerce, SEO, PPC, and Social Media.
Native/Content advertising (Beneficial).
Retail or Financial Services experience.
Solution-orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Organised with the ability to prioritise and effectively multitask.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced changing environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact at all levels.
