A web design and development company based in Cape Town is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join the existing team. You will be responsible for revenue acquisition and retention and relationship management, as well as the need to be strategic and understand client requirements and produce awesome proposals and briefs.   • Three+ years of experience in digital account management at agencies with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working on campaigns from initial briefing to delivery
  • Deep understanding of digital, marketing, content, CRM and development
  • Experience managing and juggling a high volume of projects and clients
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining calm cool and collected
