This Cape Town based financial company requires a Metastorm Developer (AA) with at least 2 Metastorm Business Process Management (BPM) experience. This is a 12 month contract role.
DUTIES:
1. Interpretation of specifications received (includes data models).
2. Maintenance of existing programs according to change requests.
3. Development of new programs according to change requests.
4. Testing of own programs to ensure correctness.
5. Testing of interfaces to other systems, if applicable.
6. Documentation of changes made to programs.
7. Technical support to others on own technology.
8. Provision of standby time / support.
9. Management of own time and delivery of tasks according to deadlines.
Requirements
1. 2 years Metastorm Business Process Management (BPM) experience.
2. Experience analyzing operational needs to design, automate, publish, test, monitor and report on business workflows in Metastorm Designer.
3. Experience using map design, form design, form segments, integrating maps and publishing procedures.
4. Experience performing advanced development work in client scripting, server scripting, flags, sub-procedures, map segments, libraries, error diagnostics and developing and deploying web services.
5. Theoretical and practical exposure to programming, preferably C# .Net.
6. SQL Server experience.
