A financial services company requires a Data Stage Developer; you will need to come from a SQL ETL background.
DUTIES:
1. Integration of heterogeneous data and systems.
2. Provide quality assurance from standards and procedures.
3. Provide QA service for code development by other divisions and parties.
4. Developing of data requirements for systems according to specifications.
5. Documentation of analysis, design and development done.
Requirements
1. Matric or Grade 12 qualification.
2. Tertiary qualification in IT (degree/diploma) is required.
3. 2 - 3 years experience as an ETL Developer.
4. A minimum of 3 to 4 years of SQL experience.
5. Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
6. Experience in IBM Datastage would be beneficial.
7. Experience in the Financial / Insurance industry would be an advantage.
8. Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.
